Your personal account opens only in the Start Telecom app. Install the app on your phone and open it from the home screen icon.
If the app is already installed, open it from the Start Telecom icon on your home screen. If an old icon opens the website, delete it and install again.
To install the app, open starttelecom.az on your phone.
